PAYMENTS –

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. A deposit of 50% is required with all bookings. The balance must be paid when the booking is confirmed. Payment to be made by internet banking.

 

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE –

 

1 HOUR – 3 HOUR TREKS

If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date, the 50% deposit cannot be refunded. If cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours’ notice, there cannot be a refund.

No refunds will be given for any Horse treks that are already in progress.

Any cancellations made due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen reasons can be arranged for a later date or fully refunded.

Riders should not assume that they are covered by any insurance policy held by Heavenly Horse Treks; therefore, we recommend that you take out your OWN TRAVEL and CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

 

1 DAY & MULTI-DAY TREKS

Cancellation must be made with more than 7 days notice to confirmed arrival date. The 50% deposit of the arranged price cannot be refunded. If cancellation occurs within less than 7 days’ notice, the full stated booking price is non-refundable.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES –

Heavenly Horse Treks places extreme importance on the safety of all their guests. Guests must realize that all recreational activities contain an element of risk, and horse riding is no exception. Having attained a high standard of operational procedures, we seek to minimize that risk. Please accept your responsibilities to follow all instructions given by the staff

 

 

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS T&C’s

 

BOOKINGS –

A deposit is required when the booking is confirmed for the amount of the first night of stay.

  • Once the booking is made, any cancelation will forfeit the price of the deposit.

 

DAMAGE –

  • Any damage will be charged at the full cost of replacement or repair.

 

All places of accommodation at Riversdale Station must be treated with respect and left tidy. Complied to instructions given in the place of accommodation.
