HORSE TREKKING T&Cs
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. A deposit of 25% is required with all bookings. The balance must be paid when the booking is confirmed. Payment to be made by internet banking to 01-0671-0028119-00 and please use your surname as a reference.
CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE:
1 HOUR – 3 HOUR TREKS
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the booking, your deposit can be refunded. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, there will not be a refund.
No refunds will be given for any horse treks already in progress.
Any cancellations made due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen reasons can be arranged for a later date or fully refunded.
Riders should not assume they are covered by any insurance policy held by Heavenly Horse Treks. We recommend you take out your OWN TRAVEL and CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
FULL DAY TREKS
Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to riding date will receive a refund. If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Heavenly Horse Treks places extreme importance on the safety of all guests. Guests must understand all recreational activities contain an element of risk, and horse riding is no exception. Having attained a high standard of operational procedures, we seek to minimise that risk. Please follow all instructions given by the staff.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS T&Cs
A deposit is required when booking, for the amount of the first night of stay, payment to be made by internet banking to 01-0671-0028119-00 and please use your surname as a reference. Once the booking is made, any cancellation will forfeit the price of the deposit.
Any damage will be charged at the full cost of replacement or repair.
