Heavenly Adventures is situated on Riversdale station and has been in the family of Ben and Georgie Lutyens since 1842. It is one of the earliest farmed stations in New Zealand.
"My grandmother used to talk of being in 'The First eleven'" says Ben referring to the first settler families into the Wairarapa.
Riversdale Station is an extensive working beef cattle station with a large scale involvement in Manuka honey production. Riversdale Station is a well know hunting and 4X4 destination.
Stock and wild game roam (and the horses; when not in work) with hardly a gate and very few fences. There are endless tracks and wide open riverbeds, inspiring views of the Haurangi Mountains, rolling hills and the Southern Ocean.
